For OEM, our team will design the logo, pattern, and packaging until you’re satisfied. For ODM, provide the desired logo, pattern, and packaging, and we’ll update you on design and production within 7-15 days.
Delivery and After-Sales
Once production is complete, your goods will be shipped to the destination warehouse. We will keep you updated on the shipment progress. For any issues with the received goods, feel free to contact us anytime for support.

Our standard delivery time ranges from 7 to 15 days. For customized orders, the delivery time may extend to 20 days. We will inform you of the exact timeline after receiving your order.
What are your packaging standards?

What kind of certifications do you have?
Our products are certified with international standards, including SGS and CE, ensuring safety and quality. We also hold patents for some of our designs.
Can you help us customize molds?
Yes, we can create custom molds for your specific needs. If you meet the required order quantity, we can provide mold development at no extra charge.
Can you deliver DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)?
Unfortunately, we do not offer DDP delivery. However, we can assist with arranging the best shipping terms for your convenience.
Can I pay only after the goods arrive?
We require payment before shipment. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery.
Can we sign a local exclusive agency agreement?
Yes, we are open to signing an exclusive agency agreement, but it will be subject to meeting a minimum monthly order quantity.
